Changing the way you think About Data

Build Powerful Analytic Apps

Neural Metadata Driven
Simplify the design and development of analytical apps using Nanobi’s patented Neural Metadata Framework. This framework allows you to start small and grow incrementally on your analytics deployment.

Platform Agnostic
Deploy Nanobi on Windows or Linux operating systems using a industry cloud provider or your own data centre. Nanobi works leading databases like Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL & Oracle.

Investigative & Diagnostic Analysis
Understand hidden areas of concern in your data using attribution especially in an overall seemingly healthy uptrend of a metric.

Mobility
Access outputs on-the-go from Nanobi using Nanobi’s own mobile app. The Nanobi mobile app is available for download from the Android Marketplace & the Apple AppStore.

Curated Mashups
Easily ingest curated external data for analysis alongside with your enterprise data to get extract insights that are traditionally ignored as the focus always stays on internal enterprise data.

Embed Analytics
Leverage the Nanobi API framework for integration with your other business applications. Insights from Nanobi can be easily integrated either in a visual format or in a data format.

Predictive Analytics
Go beyond the “what happened” – get insights into “why it happened” and “what might happen” in the future.

Security & Data Access Controls
Integrate Nanobi in your organizations' security infrastructure with LDAP / Active Directory authentication. In addition, Nanobi has its own security framework for user authentication and authorisation and to control user access to data.
A single source of truth for all.
Start small and grow at your own pace
Powered by the Neural Metadata Framework, Nanobi is the only platform that allows you to assemble and disassemble data marts at the click of a button – without disturbing any underlying structure. This gives clients the convenience of building analytics at their own pace, testing and adapting, without being rushed into a large scale implementation.
Use your existing assets even as you deploy Nanobi’s platform
The Nanobi platform allows you the flexibility of deployment on either Windows or Linux operating systems using any industry standard cloud provider or even your own data center. Database agnostic, Nanobi works equally well with industry standard databases like SQL Server or PostgreSQL or Oracle, allowing clients to leverage any investments in these technologies.
One single platform for Descriptive, Diagnostic and Predictive Analytics
Once you have Nanobi, a majority of your analytical needs are met. Understand not only what happened but also why it happened and what may happen in the future. You can also integrate any existing R or Python code that you have developed into the Nanobi platform and use its visualization layer to display the output.
Translate the insights from Analytics into immediate action
Using the Embed feature on the Nanobi platform, you can integrate analytics (through APIs) either in visual or in data formats into other downstream business applications, be it CRM or Sales apps, Collections or Operations apps, allowing quick action on the insights generated through Nanobi.
Secure your data – every user gets to see or use only what the user is authorized to
Integrate Nanobi in your organizations’ security infrastructure with LDAP / Active Directory authentication. In addition, Nanobi has its own security framework for user authentication and authorisation as well as to create Chinese Walls to control user access to data.
Marry external data with internal data to allow interpretation richness and depth
You can easily ingest external data using Nanobi’s Curated Data Framework and overlay on internal enterprise data to get extract insights that would sometimes explain behaviours that were hereto unexplained.
Access your analytics wherever you may go
Use Nanobi’s Mobile App to access outputs on-the-go so you don’t have to be tied to your desk always. The Nanobi mobile app is available for download from the Android Marketplace and the Apple AppStore.
The LiquiData Platform’s architecture is based on the REST architectural style, with well-defined RESTful web services that allow integration with other applications/services and build analytical applications using the Nanobi analytic platform. The platform supports any of the JDBC and ANSI compliant databases like SQL Server, Oracle etc. and can be deployed on either Windows or Linux operating systems. It uses industry standard data encryption and compression technology for delivery of analytics. The platform supports multiple modes for consuming analytics, in a highly secure manner, viz via a Web Browser, Mobile device (Android and iOS), Email, SMS or as an embed within the institution’ core business applications

NANOMARTS
Nanomarts are the building blocks of analytics on the nanobi platform. The Nanomart design concept helps you in hugely simplifying and accelerating the process of building analytics. With this design you can start deploying your analytics repository nanomart by nanomart. Each of the Nanomarts can be targeted to solve specific business problems and can have their own individual data sources. While each of the Nanomarts thus created is independent of the other, the Nanobi LiquiData platform intelligently connects these Nanomarts to enable a virtual warehouse. This ensures seamless access of data across all the Nanomarts, enabled by the nanobi neural Metadata framework.
DATA SPLICE
Data splice capability allows you to configure data access restrictions for end users. Using this feature the data that gets shown to end users on the dashboards is filtered based on their data splice entitlements. The data splices are defined based on dimensional values. For e.g. data access for the Monitoring Team can be configured using the Region data. So, a Fraud Analytics Manager responsible for the hospitals in the NORTH region gets access only to relevant NORTH data while the Country Head – Fraud gets access to data from hospitals from all regions (NORTH, SOUTH, EAST, and WEST).
INVESTIGATIVE ANALYTICS
This feature provides a 360-degree view of a change in metric across time. An attribution of the change in the metric value based on various factors (dimensions) available in the data is shown to the end user at the click of a button. This feature is very useful to analyze hidden areas of concern especially in an overall seemingly healthy uptrend of a metric.
CALENDAR/EVENT MASHUPS
With the nanobi calendar mashup feature you can analyze any metric with respect to calendar events and understand the impact of that event on the metric before and after the events has occurred. Multiple calendars can be uploaded into the Nanobi LiquiData platform. These are made available to a user on the hive pages (dashboards). Once selected the events from the specific calendar overlay on the analytic. This allows easy visual interpretation of whether the events had any kind of impact on the metric being analyzed. For e.g. you can have a calendar of ads announcing polio campaign launch dates and end dates and overlay the same over number of vaccinations administered during the campaign period and outside of it.
ALERTS
Users can set intelligent notification alerts to track any breaches or thresholds or any business rule on any of the analytics. These alerts are sent either as a SMS and Emails to the user when that breach / threshold or business rule is triggered. Thus, making the analytics actionable.
ANALYSIS WITH CURATED DATA
Traditionally analysis of data has typically been restricted to data generated by an organizations’ own business applications. With nanobi organizations can go a step further to analyze their own business data in conjunction with curated data sourced from the public domain. Such curated data can span categories like economic, market, weather, demographic, competitive, social etc. Once brought on to the nanobi platform this curated data becomes available for mashups with any metric being analyzed, by the end user, with the click of a button. As shown in the example below, after a specific curated data element has been selected (user does a drag & drop) it overlays on the analytic that is being analyzed, allow an easy visual interpretation of any correlation that may exist between the two metrics
PREDICTIVE ANALYTICS
Nanobi’s Predictive Analytics layer helps Banks in quickly deploying pre-defined Models like Cross Sell, Attrition, or Recommendation Models. These models use the underlying metadata and data thus avoiding the need for duplicating the data across multiple applications. Further, the models are abstracted in a manner thus helping Business Users to understand the Model construct and make suitable changes when required.
