nanoBI Data and Analytics Private Limited (hereafter referred as “nanoBI”) is committed to protecting the privacy of your “personal information”. The following privacy statement describes our practice with respect to the collection and use of personal information on this Web site (and other web pages that we operate in which we post a direct link to this Privacy Policy) and other associated service portals powered by nanoBI (here after referred as “nanoBI services”).
By voluntarily using nanoBI services and/or providing data or other personal information to these services, you consent to the terms of our privacy statement and to nanoBI’s processing of personal information for the purposes stated below and agree to be bound by the same.
nanoBI uses personal information for analyzing the usage and to improve the content to customer needs.
Unless described in this privacy statement, nanoBI does not share, sell, rent, or trade any personal information provided with third parties.

Information Collected

You can visit any of our websites / services without telling us who you are and without revealing any information about yourself. However there are sections of the nanoBI website(s) such as requesting for information or for subscribing to our services where you will be asked to register and the Company will ask you to provide identifiable personal information. 

  • When registering for only information or viewing demos you will be asked for basic personal information like Name, Address, Email Address, Contact Numbers
  • When subscribing to our services or downloads of our software you will be further asked for billing information

We may also request for certain personally identifiable information in activities such as inquiries for becoming a nanoBI business or solution partner, inquiries about jobs at nanoBI, registration for training programs and other technical programs organized by nanoBI, and for support requests. 

In addition to the above information collected via web forms at our websites / service portals, we may collect certain information using standard automated internet technologies like Cookies. For more information on working with Cookies please refer to section “Usage of Cookies”.

Our website / service portals may use third party web analytics services, such as those of Google Analytics. The service providers of these services use technologies such as cookies to help us with site usage analysis. The information thus collected is available to these service providers to evaluate the usage of the web site. nanoBI does not otherwise use, sell, rent, share or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third parties.

By using nanoBI websites / service portals you consent to any such transfer of personal information either within or outside of your country or jurisdiction.

Customer Data

You may electronically submit data or company information to any of the nanoBI’s services subscribed by you. You exclusively own all rights, title and interest in and to all of Your Data. 

nanoBI will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer Data except as provided in the nanoBI Services Terms of Use Agreement, or as may be required by law. In accordance with the nanoBI Services Terms of Use Agreement, nanoBI may access Customer Data only for the purposes of providing the services, preventing or addressing service or technical problems, at a Customer’s request in connection with customer support matters, or as may be required by law.

IP Address

nanoBI will collect IP Address information to understand web site usage and to track usage of nanoBI services.

Unsubscribe

You can at any time unsubscribe from our mailing lists, if you choose not to receive information from us by email. You may update your email preference profile by:

  • Visiting the User Profile page, entering your email profile address and updating your choice of mailings.
  • Submitting a written request to info@nanobi.in to be removed from our mailing lists

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our personal information practices. We will post a prominent notice on our website to notify you of any significant changes to our Privacy Policy and indicate at the top of the policy when it was most recently updated.
